Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is limited by the condition of returned Products. If 24 hrs have passed or product has logged usage since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We will strive to refund as much of purchase price as possible but future sale of product would be less so refund of product will be less than purchase price to reflect that loss.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good resell-able condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as printed products and gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Some returns may be assessed a 5% to 10% restock fee, for item cleaning cost or repackaging of item for resale.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • New Ebikes with use on them.
  • Helmets and bike seats, with or without use as once leave shop are considered used.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or as-is no warranty items may not be refunded. We may however except them on a case by case decision.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective under warranty requirements. If you need to exchange it for something else it will be on a case by case determination, similar to refund details with a reasonable price deduction for use.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rend Lake Ebikes, 116 E Main, Benton, Il 62812, or hand deliver to same address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
